Tom A Kowalski OTR/L has over four decades of experience in evaluation and recommendations for establishing an objective analysis of functional limitations and competency. He has presented 35 peer reviewed professional papers, presentations and videos. His publication library includes authored/ co-authored papers in the Journal of Hand Surgery, Journal of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery and the Journal of Reconstructive Microsurgery. His combined peer reviewed publications have been referenced in over 50 professional articles on nerve grafts, carpal tunnel syndrome and finger pad reconstruction.
He is also a prior invited reviewer for the Journal of The American Congress of Rehabilitation Medicine along with being the former Hand Therapy/ Rehabilitation Coordinator at UCLA Medical Center in Los Angeles, CA in the Division of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery/ Microsurgical Replantation Service.
